The Institute of Company Secretaries of India ran two knowledge sessions in which market participants, ICSI and SEBI discussed and clarified industry-wide questions on the Structured Digital Database under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Both are recorded in full and linked below. Between them they run to more than four and a half hours, and together they remain the most substantial public discussion of the SDD obligation available.
This is why Affinisio(SDD) structured digital database software is the best Structured Digital Database available today.
