The Affinisio suite is a set of compliance applications from Affinisio Technologies LLP, all built on its in-house No-Code Compliance Platform.
One Platform for Compliance Across the Firm

The modules can be procured individually or as a set.
Internal, Customisable and Managed In-House
The applications are fully internal and customisable, so each client owns its data. Policies are managed in-house. In Affinisio(ETT), for example, the client’s own compliance team manages the policy engine (approval validity, contra-periods and defaults), with no vendor dependency.
How the Applications Work Together
Affinisio’s applications share one data layer, so a matter recorded in one application feeds the others without being entered twice:
- Related party transactions pass from Affinisio(RPT) to Affinisio(CMM), where they are routed to the audit committee for approval and reporting.
- Disclosures reach Affinisio(CMM) from Affinisio(DMR). Trade and exception reporting reaches it from Affinisio(ETT).
- For quarterly financial results or any other matter, one click in Affinisio(CMM) sends a fully compliant entry to Affinisio(SDD).
Relationships Recorded Once, Used Everywhere
- In Affinisio(RPT) and Affinisio(CCC), a relationship is entered once and mirrored automatically. It holds the description each party would use for the other, so either entity can sit on either side of a transaction or matter and still be described correctly.
- From the relationships entered for the home entity, Affinisio(RPT) builds the full group chain automatically.
- When an outside business activity is approved in Affinisio(OBA), the organisation behind it is saved automatically as an indirect relationship of the firm. A gift received from an organisation in Affinisio(GNE) is saved the same way.
Nobody re-enters these organisations or keeps a separate list. When an organisation appears again, in another disclosure or another review, the existing relationship is surfaced.
