What the recognition covers
The listing places Affinisio among the regulatory compliance technology companies surveyed for the publication’s 2025 edition — software built for a named regulatory obligation rather than for general workflow, where the test is whether the obligation is actually discharged and evidenced, not whether a task was ticked.
That is the line the Affinisio suite is built on. Each module addresses a specific obligation and produces the record that obligation requires — Affinisio(SDD) for the structured digital database under the SEBI insider trading regulations, Affinisio(ETT) for employee trade pre-clearance, trading-window control and post-trade tracking, Affinisio(RPT) for related party transactions and Affinisio(CCC) for conflicts declaration and clearance, among others.
Two architectural decisions underpin the Compliance Automation. The first is that every obligation carries an evidentiary tail: a regulator’s question is always about who did what and when, so the system is built to answer it from a record rather than from a reconstruction. The second is deployment — the suite is designed to run fully internally and to be fully customisable, so that the data stays on infrastructure the client controls.
The suite is in use at listed companies, conglomerate groups and BFSI institutions; the clients page sets out who.
