Affinisio Technologies selected to be part of the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub
The Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub is a programme that helps selected startups grow from idea to scale. In November 2023 Microsoft brought Affinisio Technologies LLP into the fold.
The programme gives its members access to Microsoft cloud resources, developer tools and technical guidance. For a firm that builds compliance software for regulated capital markets, that support counts most where clients set the hardest requirements: information security, resilience and control over where compliance data is held.
Today, Affinisio builds integrated compliance software for SEBI intermediaries, fiduciaries, listed entities, mutual funds and AMCs in India, and for listed companies and licensed firms in the UAE. The suite covers insider trading prevention (the Structured Digital Database, employee trade tracking and designated insider disclosures), related party transactions, conflicts clearance, outside business activities, gifts and entertainment, disclosure management and board meeting management.
Every application is built on Affinisio’s in-house No-Code Compliance Platform. Affinisio Technologies is certified to ISO 27001:2022, and the suite is deployed the way each client’s obligations require, whether inside the client’s own infrastructure or in a managed hosting environment. Membership of the Founders Hub supports the engineering behind both routes, from the way the suite is built and tested to the way it is secured and maintained.
