Does SDD Need to Capture Info for Listed Subsidiary?

Does the Structured Digital Database need to capture information in relation to my listed entity only or should it also include my listed subsidiary? What if the subsidiary is unlisted?

UPSI refers to any information that is likely to materially affect the price of the securities. Information that relates to listed or unlisted subsidiaries can materially impact the price of your own listed securities. Accordingly, this must be included by you in your SDD.
